Description
Duties and Responsibilities include knowledge on all reporting aspects, communications terminology, technology, and organizational procedures. Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.


  • Performs rebills and corrected claims
  • Ability to meet and exceed productivity benchmarks.
  • Ability to meet and maintain quality assurance score of 95% or higher
  • Works with management to identify, trend, and address the root causes of issues in the A/R.
  • Needs to be a strong problem solver and critical thinker to resolve accounts
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's Degree or 2 Years Experience

Specialized in Billing/Coding Edits

Certified in Coding (CPC from AAPCS for example)

Prefer Experience in Quadax, SSI and Epic

Education and/or Experience Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
