Service Assistant (m/f/d) as Service Receptionist/Advisor

Your responsibilities:

You are the communicative center of the dealership and the first point of contact for our customers, giving our dealership a "voice and face"
You support our service team in organizational and administrative tasks
You advise the customer from opening the order to completing the job
Ensuring the availability of your branch by phone
Invoicing and processing for service and vehicle rental business
Accepting cash deposits and completing cash register according to cash register regulations
Comprehensive, qualified customer service from the first contact to the waiting area, with the goal of ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training in the automotive sector or experience as a service assistant
You enjoy daily contact with a variety of people
You have a friendly demeanor, a strong willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills
Enjoy contributing to the success of the dealership with your colleagues
Outstanding service quality for customer satisfaction
Strong team player
High level of motivation and selfmotivation
