Duration: 6 Months


Location:
Onsite Critical, Racine

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST with flexibility due to project demands


EQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma with 5-7 years of full-time work experience


TOP 5 REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:
1. 2+ years' experience with ERP system (Salesforce, SAP ERP, etc)

2. 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service or related role


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Access
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:


This position will perform duties to support the North America Customer Fulfillment team in the area of order management and customer deliveries.

The individual qualified for this role must be highly motivated and disciplined with attention to and accuracy in detail with strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute assigned tasks in a manner aligned with company and customer expectations
  • Make independent judgement within the scope of authority for work governed by standard operating procedures
  • Work closely with other members of the team and cross functional partners to provide outstanding service to all customers.
  • Ensure proper execution of system tools to ensure the goals of order management are met
  • Initiate required action in response to customer requests and keep records updated and complete to accurately reflect actions taken
  • Generate reports for analysis as requested
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
  • The ability to communicate effectively; written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills; the ability handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced setting
