Your tasks:

  • You design presentations for the department management, executive management, and to support internal department communication
  • You plan and coordinate appointments and meetings, including pre and postprocessing, and if necessary, take minutes
  • You plan trips for the department's executive team and handle expense reports
  • You support the organization of onboarding for new colleagues as a liaison between IT and the department team
  • You are the contact person for team members regarding the maintenance of working time accounts and coordination of vacation schedules
  • You are responsible for ordering and managing office supplies for the department
  • You support the purchasing process by creating purchase requests
  • You review incoming invoices and approve them
  • You act as a substitute for the department's assistant when needed

Your profile:

  • Handson mentality and structured approach, strong customer orientation, ability to stay calm in hectic situations, as well as organizational skills and a professional demeanor are among your strengths
  • You have professional experience in the commercial sector and possibly in secretarial functions, preferably in a dynamic technical environment
  • You have experience in modern office organization and communication
  • You are proficient in using office applications and may already have some knowledge of SAP
  • You have gained initial experience in project support
  • You possess a high level of integrity and communication skills
