Job Description:


  • Managing and planning end customer deliveries in the twoman handling sector in Crab Orchard, IL
  • Monitoring and tracking of routes, including compliance with legal regulations
  • Handling of complaints and resolving issues
  • Tracking of KPIs (delivery readiness, first possible date, NPS, etc.)
  • Capacity planning, taking into account any special promotions
  • Communication with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaboration with other departments

Requirements:


  • Completed education in the commercial or logistics field, preferably in the retail industry
  • Previous experience in dispatching and route planning is an advantage
  • Structured and independent work style with a high level of responsibility and teamwork
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel within the state of Illinois
