Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team.

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
Introduce our products or services to prospects and explain their benefits
Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate key selling points
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales. Cabinet Industry experience would be a huge plus
Ability to effectively market and sell products or services over the phone
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and overcome objections
Comfortable with warm calling and building rapport with potential customers
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
