As the Content DACH Manager, you will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership and coordination of the Content team. Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing and implementing process and professional improvements that drive the entire department forward.

WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING FOR YOU:

  • You will lead the Content DACH team of approximately 12 employees responsible for high-quality product descriptions.
  • You will conduct regular feedback conversations with your team members and support them in their further development.
  • You will coordinate daily production and use various KPIs in your daily work.
  • You will identify, develop, and independently manage new projects to continuously improve the quality of product descriptions.
  • You will work closely with the Quality Management team to ensure highquality product descriptions that meet the expectations of our customers.
  • You will support the Product Management team in optimizing and developing our internal tools.
