We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to address customer concerns, answer questions, and schedule service appointments. Additionally, assist customers with walk-in inquiries and ensure they are promptly attended to.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling of service appointments, coordinating with customers and service technicians to ensure timely and accurate booking. Follow up with customers to confirm appointment times and provide reminders as necessary. Also, manage the shop's hours of operation and ensure accurate representation of business hours to customers.

Service Recommendations: Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide informed recommendations for services based on customer needs, vehicle requirements, and manufacturer guidelines. Follow up with customers regarding recommended services, ensuring they understand the benefits and importance of each recommendation.

Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of any changes, delays, or additional repairs needed. Conduct courtesy follow-up calls to customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and processing paperwork related to service appointments, invoices, and customer records. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and service transactions for future reference and record-keeping purposes.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with service technicians, parts department staff, and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for customers. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate workflow and address any customer inquiries or issues that may arise.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair procedures is a plus.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shop hours and callbacks, including evenings and weekends as needed.
