Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replenish amenities and supplies in rooms and bathrooms
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Skills:
- Carpet cleaning experience is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is beneficial
- Ability to cook or prepare meals for guests is an advantage
- Knowledge of custodial duties in commercial settings is desirable
- Experience with laundering and maintaining linens is a bonus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
