Job Summary
A Customer Performance Specialist is responsible for retaining existing customers and maintaining overall customer satisfaction. Must have a higher level of customer service and retention skills. Must be able to effectively address competitive product objections in order to retain customer business and satisfaction.
Responsible for educating and engaging customers on current products, enhancements, add on products and best business practices for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Retaining customers
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Educate customers on products, enhancements, and add on products using consultative approach.
- Resolve problems.
- Assist dealers in scheduling any installation/training of services.
- Represent eLEND at Conference/Trade Shows
- Consistently exceed dealer satisfaction goals
- Assist in expediting support tickets and various projects/tasks as assigned.
Skill and Educational Requirements
- Automotive Industry and Software experience
- Provide a high level of customer service and retention skills.
- Educate and engage customer on current products, enhancements, and best practices.
- Work with website providers to consistently improve client websites for optimal success and to better serve overall business performance.
- Effectively address competitive product objections
- Strong Relationship and team building skills.
- Highly effective at working in a complex and fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills & presentation skills, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- BS in communications or 3year work experience
- Highly analytical and data driven.
- Knowledgeable regarding campaigns, social media, and websites.
Customer Retention Specialists are required to collaborate with other Support and Sales Team members and work in a team environment.
- Office based location.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday
