Roles and Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Staffing:


  • Spearhead recruiting, selecting, and training efforts for our dedicated Care Associates.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to cultivate a positive, personcentered work culture and enhance staff retention.
  • Provide consistent supervision, support, and training to uphold company standards.
  • Efficiently oversee staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with state and company policies.
  • Prioritize staff compliance with mandatory training, making it a seamless part of our operations.
  • Adhere to disciplinary and grievance procedures with precision, aligning with company policy and statutory requirements. Join us in shaping a resilient and accomplished team

Operations:


  • Champion community compliance with Department of Health (DOH), state, and company policies, ensuring a seamless adherence to standards.
  • Conduct dynamic monthly Quality Assessment Audits, fueling a culture of continuous improvement in our service.
  • Navigate delegated budgets with finesse, aligning resource management with company policy and expectations of stewardship.
  • Oversee the diligent collection of account receivables, promptly addressing any financial discrepancies reported to higher management.
  • Uphold impeccable standards in property condition, overseeing maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring resident safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk/safety assessments to fortify the wellbeing of residents and staff.
  • Maintain hygienic premises consistently, embodying cleanliness as a top priority.
  • Proactively engage in outreach and transparent communication with families, providing reassurance and updates regarding their loved ones.
  • Assure the community's steadfast commitment to highquality standards.
  • Curate captivating programming and activities aligned with residents' personal interests and preferences.
  • Elevate the experience with a monthly "special event," transforming routine into celebration.
  • Curate and manage weekly grocery orders, ensuring optimal food supplies for the home.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions or behavior patterns empathetically to the Regional Director of Nursing, family, and physician.
  • Oversee meticulous maintenance of resident records and employment files, ensuring organizational excellence.
  • Conduct assessments alongside the Regional Director of Nursing (RN) of residents on admission, quarterly, and as needed during their stay, fulfilling clinical requirements outlined in the company's policies and procedures.

Sales & Marketing:


  • Facilitate personalized onsite experiences for potential residents and their families.
  • Work closely with Community Relations Directors (CRD) to strategically market and elevate community visibility.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new residents, ensuring a seamless and positive transition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED required,
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a Business or Health related field preferred.
  • Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in senior living, with a preference for assisted living, dementia/memory care, home health, or longterm care.
  • Prior experience with the senior population, specifically Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease.
  • Previous supervisory/management experience focusing on staff supervision and daily operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask.
