Mechanical Design Engineer
for a
18 month + Contract .

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)Reverse engineer test fixtures.
Designing new CADS and redrafting of existing test fixtures.
Submitting drawings through documentation process and gaining approvals.
Writing engineering change orders.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Local Candidates to the Lakeland FL area and the role will be a Hybrid role.
Open to consideration for candidates willing to move into Lakeland for the role at their own expense
Travel required to both AZ and Tijuana, Mexico locations.
Education requirement - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preference is Mechanical Engineering
Years of experience - Minimum 6 experience.
Software skills
CAD with a strong preference for SolidWorks, Required.
SolidWorks PDM, Required.
MS Office, intermediate,
GD&T highly preferred
Any certificates the candidate may provide for SolidWorks proficiencies and/or GD&T preferred.
Extremely important the candidate has interpersonal skills - Teams interacting with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, some interactions with R&D and Operations.
