JOB SUMMARY:

Performs various Resident-centered non-medical activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents; assists in maintenance of safe and clean environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Current Enrollment of a Nurse Assistant training program.
Must successfully pass the certification for nursing assistant within 4 months of the hire date.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
BLS certification required within the first 2 months of employment and maintained thereafter.
Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and co-workers.
