Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Assistant to join our team.

As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of various events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about interacting with the community and helping people


Duties:


  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event
  • Assist with event setup and teardown
  • Provide an excellent experience for all customers
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance event experiences

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
