Your Responsibilities:

As a source of inspiration and ideas, you are responsible for the business development of our natural fiber division (Fiber) and make an important contribution to the packaging of tomorrow.
Acquisition of new customers and proactive support of key accounts; implementation of market access.
Management and execution of the entire sales process.
Potential analysis and active development of the Fiber market.
Driving sustainable solutions and actively communicating our Explore Fiber approach.
Participation in trade fairs/events as exhibitor and visitor.

Your Profile:

High enthusiasm for technical topics and sustainability.
Completed technical or business studies or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience in project, product management, sales or strategic marketing.
Existing network with brand owners is an advantage.
Enjoyment of shaping and taking on responsibility.
High self-management skills, teamwork and intercultural competencies.
Willingness to travel.
