We are looking for a
Sales Manager to build a world class sales team prepared to seize all opportunities in an essential industry, within a fast-growing company and market.

What YOU will do:

  • Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline of existing and new customers
  • Analyze the current customer mix and profitability by customer
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to support continued growth of call volume and preventative maintenance agreements
  • Develop and implement KPIs that keep the team focused on recurring revenue and profit margin
  • Construct effective presentation of solutions for customer awareness, education and decision making
  • Recruit, hire, train and coach new sales team members
  • Manage the performance of sales team and hold them accountable to performance standards
  • Build relationships cross departmentally

Who YOU are:

  • Experienced and high performing salesperson and sales leader, 5+ years of experience
  • Highly experienced with evaluating and improving upon sales department KPIs and overall department business impact
  • Experience converting complex technical concepts into customerfacing presentation
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the skilled trades industry strongly preferred
  • Valid US Driver's License with satisfactory record

Pay Transparency:

Pay:
$95, $125,000.00 per year

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 75% travel
