Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a medical/surgical setting.

This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

weekly Travel stipend :
$Shift: 12hr Nights 36hr Guarantee

NOTE:
WEIRTON WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY 7PM AND ENDS SATURDAY 6.13 week contract
5 Years of Nursing Experience - Required
Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care instructions
Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR)
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Knowledge of home care practices and procedures

Strong understanding of ICD10 coding system for accurate documentation
Knowledge of assisted living protocols and procedures
Familiarity with ophthalmology practices and procedures
Excellent coding skills for proper billing and reimbursement purposes
Ability to handle emergency situations in the ER setting

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required

Minimum of [X] years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
