Description
We are a medium size, memory care community for the elderly located in North Escondido.

We are currently looking to hire a competent, creative and aggressive Sales and Marketing Coordinator who will be in charge of designing, developing ,producing and implementing marketing ideas and strategies to promote and build brand awareness.

The ultimate goal is to increase the company's market share, occupancy and maximizing revenue.

  • Sales and Marketing experience in a Senior Living or Healthcare Environment preferred
  • Knowledge of the surrounding market area.
  • Proficient with technology and database software.
  • Enjoys working with the senior population.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Conducts regular community relations in different areas to bring in and increase awareness to prospective residents and families.
  • Responsible for being the point of contact for referral agencies.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and generates leads through professional referral sources on a regular basis
  • Plans and implements marketing events for the public and the residents (both inperson and online)
  • Close sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decisionmaking process by understanding their needs and educating them about services and programs that can meet their needs.
  • Utilizes sales processes, systems, and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
  • Represent the community in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Required skills and qualifications:_

  • A proven track record of success in developing leads and closing sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
  • College education is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point), CRM database, and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Knowledge an experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • A leader within the community with an attitude for success.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs and challenges of seniors and their families.
As a licensed RCFE Community in the state of California, all employees must clear a DOJ Background Clearance while company policy requires the passage of a drug screen
