Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin with a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the New England region.

As a Salesforce Admin with Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our client business processes and drive innovation in the life sciences sector.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in the life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
