Our Des Plaines branch is looking for a new Customer Relationship Manager QuickSTAT to join our Air Logistics team.Your Role:
You will manage and monitor key account customers and ensure compliance with all agreed company policies.
Ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization.
You will work collaboratively with operations and sales management to ensure maximum client satisfaction.Your Responsibilities:
- You will take proactive steps to improve customer loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience
- Control monthly performance metrics, including volume, profitability, and pipeline, promptly addressing deviations
- Collaborate with Business Development to propose customerspecific work instructions and implement continuous improvement measures
- Ensure global customer representation by exchanging best practices with Business Development and Operations
- Execute key account strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand business solutions
- Maintain open channels of communication between Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance, while continually improving procedures and policies
Your Skills and Experiences:
- 3+ years in Air Logistics or similar freight forwarding experience
- High customer orientation and strong multicultural communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships
- Capable of longterm strategic development and shortterm problemsolving with an analytical mindset
- Strong collaboration skills for discussions, negotiation, and escalation management across various hierarchical levels and internal/external interest groups worldwide
