Position Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits team In this role, you will assist employees with their benefits enrollment and address any associated inquiries.
The perfect candidate will demonstrate a dedication to customer service, excel in multitasking, and exhibit outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Administer various employee benefits programs, such as: group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
Maintain the shared email inbox and phone calls and answer questions or concerns from employees about their benefits.Educate employees on benefits and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
Assist field HR staff with benefit inquiries.
Process various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain National Medical Support Order (NMSO) processing.
Process life claims and work with beneficiaries to submit paperwork.
Assist in processing short term disability claims.
Assist with benefits open enrollment planning, communication and implementation.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
Previous administration or HR experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously, both orally and in writing.
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Highly organized and able to work well within time constraints
Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, Word, PowerPoint
General Qualifications to work in GardaWorld include:
