To maintain our current commitments, we are hiring an Entry Level Client Manager in the Orange County area immediately. In this entry level role, you will be tasked with meeting directly with potential customers, executing presentations on products and services, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Entry Level Client Manager Responsibilities:

Participate in strategic residential outreach on behalf of our clients with the goal of enrolling new customers in new phone, internet and cable services that are available to them
Provide product information, process orders, and handle customer inquiries
Proactively engage potential customers to exceed their needs and ensure satisfaction
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention
Stay informed about our clients' products, services, and promotions, collaborating with various departments
Offer feedback to improve procedures, enhance client satisfaction, and boost sales margins
Demonstrate dedication to customer engagement, fostering lasting relationships

Entry Level Client Manager
Requirements:

Highschool diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a hospitality based role preferred but not required
Comfortable communicating and engaging with customers
Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
Driven, solutionoriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service
Outstanding listening skills and ability to solve problems patiently
Thrives in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment

Pay:
$ $1,200.00 per week
