2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer at Timber Cove

6-month Contract

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per year (negotiable, hourly/daily rate also available)

Hybrid - 3 days per week (minimum) at Frankfurt Head Office

Start Date: ASAP

Timber Cove, a global technology manufacturer and leader in innovative technologies, is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their IT Business Unit and assist with an upcoming migration project. This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at their Frankfurt Head Office.

Role:

  • Provide second-line technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person, promptly and professionally resolving technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems encountered by users, utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
  • Assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing technology, providing guidance on software applications, system configurations, and best practices.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or senior engineers, providing detailed information and troubleshooting steps for further investigation and resolution.
