Deli Associate


Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups
• Operate deli equipment, including slicers and ovens
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist customers with their deli orders and provide excellent customer service
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and calculating prices

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or deli setting is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating prices
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
