ABOUT THE ROLE:


This is a full-time position based in Hamburg or Ludwigslust, Germany and reports directly to our Head of Business Technology for Common Functions, Henrik Drugge.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Meeting with key business process owners and users to address any questions related to the developed tools and solutions.
  • Working independently to continuously improve our logistic solutions by identifying gaps, new opportunities, and making recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Management to establish agile processes and ensure best practices.
  • Supporting the Product Backlog by assessing required time, costs, and perceived benefits.
  • Working with Developers to determine development needs and implement initiatives as needed. This includes actively tracking costs, timelines, and scopes of new developments, as well as communicating and onboarding these developments to the wider organization.

WHO YOU ARE:


  • A Logistics IT Professional with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in the logistics and/or warehousing industry.
  • A positive and solutionsoriented mindset, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experienced in project management and possessing strong communication skills to plan, lead, and implement new processes and ways of working.
  • Skilled in critical thinking and able to confidently make datadriven decisions.
  • Able to adapt quickly and effectively prioritize workload while managing multiple projects.
  • Previous experience working with Logbase or Autostore is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and German, both written and verbal.
