We seek a proactive Fleet Superintendent to oversee and optimize our extensive fleet operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in fleet management and a knack for improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles meet the highest safety and efficiency standards.
Implement and manage fleet management processes, update databases, and utilize company resources effectively.
Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency across fleet operations.
Lead crossdepartmental teams to execute fleetrelated projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Strong background in DOT compliance and fleet management, with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Independent worker with the capability to also perform in team settings when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in report generation.
Comprehensive knowledge of transportation safety laws and regulations.
