Maintenance Manager - Extreme Express Carwash

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain repair schedules for automated wash equipment, building, and parking lot.
Create and implement maintenance checklists.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure the smooth operation of all automated wash equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building and parking lot.
Guide and mentor Maintenance Technicians, fostering their technical skills and professional development.

To qualify, you should have:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance manager
Willingness to learn new equipment and repair procedures.
Excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience with heavy machinery, electrical and/or plumbing systems is a plus.
Experience leading a team.

Additional Information:
Full-time position, Monday - Friday with weekends off.
Tools and uniform provided.
Heavy lifting may be required for equipment repairs.
