- Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals.
- Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships, selling them within 15-30 seconds.
- Understand Ducky's at Chevron Wash Core Values and Carwash Service Menu thoroughly.
- Ensure a positive attitude and interaction with employees and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of car wash site and equipment.
- Assist guests with inquiries on pricing, services, and offerings.
- Guiding customers through the car wash tunnel.
- Upsell additional services and memberships.
- Stock chemicals and equipment, handle transactions, and ensure a safe working environment.
- A Customer Service Advisor with a passion for making people and their vehicles happy.
- A motivated team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- An organized individual dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming site.
- A proactive go-getter who embraces every customer interaction as a new opportunity.
- An active multitasker who values professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
- Educate customers on services that best suit their needs by proactively explaining features and benefits.
- Ability to stand for extended periods at the kiosk or car wash entrance.
- Job involves outdoor and repetitive tasks, including weekend and holiday shifts.
- Occasional travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations.
