To strengthen our specialist department for operations in northern Hesse, we are looking for an engineer (m/f/d) to lead the road maintenance depots in Korbach or Frankenberg as soon as possible.


What to expect:
- Management of personnel tasks - Development and implementation of annual work plans as well as control of task completion and resource consumption for road maintenance services - Ensuring traffic safety, winter maintenance, and environmental and disaster protection - Exercise of administrative and technical supervision to monitor task completion in terms of quality and quantity - Conducting pre- and post-calculations - Ensuring occupational safety and implementing organizational measures for ongoing optimization of work processes in the depot - Participation in the practical and theoretical training of trainees at Hessen Mobil - Representation of the interests of Hessen Mobil - Road and traffic management in public and towards third parties What you bring: -
