    Description
    Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Project Engineer to work in the Toledo, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
    • 5 years' experience machine design
      • Experience with pneumatic circuits preferred
    • 5 years' experience in 3D parametric solid modeling
      • Solidworks 2010+ experience strongly preferred
    • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge
    • Takes ownership and pride in work
    • Has the mindset of a business owner
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROJECT ENGINEER
    • Establish design briefs - verbalize design ideas
    • Conduct research on existing material handling methods
    • Conceptualize material handling solutions
    • Construct CAD models based on design criteria
    • Utilize finite element analysis software to verify structural integrities
    • Identify and select pneumatic/mechanical components needed for procurement
    • Communicate effectively with internal associates and external customers
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite products
    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Complete and correctly constrain 3D models
