What to expect in the Trainee Program at North Industry

The selection process includes a full-day applicant day (including an interview) at the SimpliOffice Coworking Space & Eventlocation Leipzig in week 22.

The Trainee Program will start on

The program lasts for 24 months, with 18 months spent within the enviaM Group and 6 months within an E.ON (regional) company.

Our professional mentors will accompany you throughout the entire program and help you build a cross-functional network.
You will gain exciting insights into the energy industry and take on independent tasks early on.

Through accompanying seminars and workshops, you will expand your theoretical knowledge and gain an overview of the current challenges in the industry.

Our goal is to offer you a permanent position at the end of the Trainee Program.

You will participate in quality assurance measures.
You will create reports and presentations on technical projects.
