You will work full-time within the opening hours of the market located at Sundgauer Str. 109, 14167 Berlin-Zehlendorf.

Tasks we entrust to you:


Together with the market management or in their representation, you will lead the daily business in the market and keep an eye on the business indicators.

You will optimize and design the sales areas, present the current assortments, and organize sales-promoting measures.
With joy and passion, you will lead and motivate your team and plan the personnel deployment.
In the daily market routine, you will support your team in advising customers and at the cash register.
You will conduct necessary inventories and guide your team accordingly.

You have completed a vocational training in retail (e.g. retail salesperson) or a further education (e.g. retail specialist) and have first leadership experience.

You communicate transparently, lead with empathy, and make decisions independently.
Ideally, you have a training certificate and a certificate for over-the-counter medicines.
