Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
• Process payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
• Helping washing FOH dishes
• Keep necessary certifications updated (TABC, FOOD HANDLER)

Skills:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure proper handling of food items
• Ability to upsell and promote additional menu items to enhance the customer experience
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
