Real Estate Agent & Part Time RecruiterResponsibilities:
- Learn, understand, and effectively communicate the company's brand, tools, culture, mission, and value proposition.
- 2Hours daily of cold and warm communication with potential recruits.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings with potential agents and managing Broker.
- This role requires a proactive and resultsdriven individual who can drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active NYS Real Estate License and be familiar with the Greater New York Capital Region.
- 3+ Years of active real estate sales experience.
- Prior real estate recruiting experience preferred.
