EXPANSION OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

On behalf of a mechanical engineering company located in the Lippstadt area, we are seeking a Head of Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) as part of a succession plan.

This position is available immediately on a full-time basis. You will have a permanent employment contract directly with the searching mechanical engineering company.

Your responsibilities:

You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 10 employees
You will be responsible for project-related personnel planning and coordinate and organize design tasks for customer orders and development projects
You will ensure the efficient processing of orders, taking into account costs, deadlines, and capacities
You will be the main point of contact (m/f/d) for customers, suppliers, and other departments involved in the project

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field
You have several years of professional experience in electrical engineering in plant construction
You have experience in automation engineering, process automation, electrical engineering, and ideally also in pneumatics and/or hydraulics
Your modern leadership skills include experience in team management and project control
You have a structured way of working, are highly responsible, and have strong communication skills
