Responsibilities:

  • Designing and optimizing our existing virtual client infrastructure (Citrix, Microsoft)
  • Monitoring and centrally administering our virtual client infrastructure
  • Automating workflows using orchestration and automation tools
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues (2nd level support)
  • Direct communication with manufacturers to find solutions
  • Collaborating closely with administrators from other departments
  • Defining processes and standards
  • Creating documentation, FAQ articles, and implementing quality assurance measures

Profile:

  • Completed degree in computer science, IT training, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, systematic, and goaloriented work style
  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to structure and clearly describe complex issues
  • Experience with agile work methods is a plus
