We are an agricultural company with a social mission and, in connection with the Mariaberger workshops, operate a Bioland farm with livestock farming, arable farming, forestry, vegetable farming, and direct marketing on the Swabian Alb. We have now built up a diverse range of products under the brand "Bio Frisch Mariaberg", which is popular among numerous customers in the region. We want to continue developing this together. We are a diverse team of 20 people with disabilities, farmers, FÖJ (voluntary ecological year) workers, and volunteers, and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated administrative assistant (m/f/d) who will take care of all the organizational tasks that need to be done in the background for an agricultural company. Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for personnel management of employees, clients, FÖJ workers, and interns.
  • You handle appointment management and manage the accounting.
  • You support in the preparation and follow-up of marketing activities, as well as in the preparation of external audits.
  • You are responsible for preparing data for internal and external bookkeeping.
  • You contribute to the documentation requirements of an agricultural company and to the daily organization
