    Description


    Pharma Program Manager – Pega Transformation

    Duration: 12 months

    Location: Philadelphia , PA

    Onsite/Remote: Remote w/ occasional travel to client site for meetings

    Preference for candidates based in the Tri-State area (PA, NJ, Delaware) – but open to others

    The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, be client facing with a consultative, outgoing personality.

    Prior experience managing a Pega transformation (non-AMS) program and pharmacovigilance experience are big pluses.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Day-to-day program lead and primary interface to business and IT executive leaders and stakeholders
    • Leads project team in delivering new design & build Digital transformation solution including leading the majority of client-facing meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and presenting project updates.
    • Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client.
    • Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
    • Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.
    • Fosters collaborative and productive work environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
    • Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns or issues.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle.


    Required Skills:
    • Prior experience managing a transformational design & build digital platform program e.g., Pega, Salesforce, etc. i.e., not interested in candidates with experience only managing ADM programs
    • Consulting background with ability to identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


    Highly Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with managing transformation design & build programs using Agile methodologies in a regulated market
    • Prior experience managing a Pega implementation program (not AMS)
    • Pharma/Life Sciences R&D/Quality Experience
    • Validation/Verification experience
    • Pharmacovigilance experience.
