    Description
    A leading healthcare client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their team. This individual will need to come from a background in SOX/SOC compliance and data lineage workstreams. They will need to be familiar with working on implementations and upgrades specifically in the SOX/SOC space. This individual will be managing a wide variety of programs with large scale budgets.

    Communication and collaboration will be crucial for this rolethey will need to work directly with product managers and delivery leads to execute results.

    In addition to that, they need to have excellent communication with speaking to C-Suite executives and high-level stakeholders. They will be working a flexible hybrid schedule from Irving, Texas.

    Required Skills & Experience
    -10+ years of experience in program/project management
    -5+ years of managing programs/ projects focused on SOX and SOC compliance programs- basic technical knowledge.

    • Experience managing projects in a waterfall environment.
    • Ability to manage and lead and manage multiple workstreams.
    • Experience with full project lifecycle management Document scope, timeline, resource plan, and stakeholder communication.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with C-Suite executives and high level stakeholders.
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Experience working in the healthcare industry.
    • PMP Certified
    • Experience with tools such as Planview, Jira, and Smartsheet's


    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
