We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) employee to join us as a maternity leave replacement for 1 to 2 years, starting immediately.

Responsibilities


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Processing financial accounting, including payment transactions
  • Payroll and salary accounting, as well as maintaining personnel records
  • Reporting and certification within the scope of accounting
  • Preparation of business evaluations and support for annual financial statements and VAT returns
  • Preparation of interim reports and statistics
  • Competent contact for questions regarding wage tax and social security law
Qualifications


Here's who you are:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and possibly further qualifications or training as a tax clerk/accountant
  • Solid experience in financial and payroll accounting
  • Good software skills (accounting software, preferably DATEV, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Excellent German language skills and an independent, structured
