Do you see your future in the operating room? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for new trainees for full-time positions as Surgical Technologists to start on October 15th. You can expect an exciting three-year training program, where you will receive all the necessary basics at school and gain practical experience at our Malteser St. Franziskus-Hospital as well as at external training sites. Your training:

As a Surgical Technologist, you will be involved in all aspects of a surgical procedure, from preparation of patients and the operating room, to ensuring hygiene standards are met, passing instruments to the surgeon, monitoring the patient's condition, and documenting the operation process.

During the three-year training program, you will receive practical training in our operating room and partially at DIAKO, and theoretical instruction in block classes at UKSH in Kiel.

What we offer:

An above-average salary according to the AVR Caritas collective agreement for trainees (monthly gross salary: €1,340.69 in the 1st year, €1,402.07 in the 2nd year, €1,503.38, plus additional time and shift allowances and a year-end bonus)
