Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and engineering insight and direction to support and improve usability, applicability and adoption of products, platforms and solutions to meet customer business needs
Design and implement validation tests for all new features and enhancements
Analyze customer incoming for weak area identification and refactoring
Ensure extensive coverage of customer flows and methodologies in internal test suite
Working closely with R&D to ensure quality and readiness of solution for customer deployment
Coaching/mentoring junior employees, if needed
Requirements:
Typically requires:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience (knowledge of simulation, testbench and timing constraints)
Working knowledge of tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
Expertise in HDL and development of test plan and test case scenarios
Handling conflicts and customer issues
Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways within functional area
Building productive cross-team relationships
