makandra designs, develops, and operates sophisticated web applications and advises clients, specifically development teams, with infrastructure and operations experts on secure, scalable, and automated operation in cloud environments such as AWS. Our client base includes companies of various industries and sizes, from start-ups to corporations such as Audi, Volkswagen, Siemens, or ProSiebenSat. 1. To strengthen our DevOps Cloud team, we are looking for a trainee as a DevOps Cloud Engineer (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. As a trainee, you will be mentored by an experienced mentor who will guide you through a clearly structured training program.

What topics will you learn?

Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, and Puppet
Container infrastructures, K8s, Docker, EKS, and deployments for them
Diverse logging and monitoring solutions for their respective purposes (Cloudwatch, Icinga, Graylog)
Architecture and implementation of complex environments in AWS
DevOps expertise with a focus on infrastructure and automation
Effective work, goal-oriented customer communication, and project management from proposal to implementation
