This is an opportunity for future Territory Account Manager openings in the Whitman MA area.
Responsibilities
- Territory management of a geographical area Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis sales forecasting pipeline management and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention Quick respond to inbound leads and requests Familiar with Customer Relationship Management CRM systems New business development and Client acquisitionAccount development Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money make more money operate more efficiently In other words educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems Maintain nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are percent satisfied with the level of service support they receive from EquipmentShare Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with comprehensive jobsite solutions Promptly respond resolve customer inquiries requests complaints or other communications Conducts sales presentations to prospective existing customers Develop new sales strategies techniques to increase our market share improve customer experience
