Description
We are looking for a Catholic administrative director (m/f/d) to work in the two Catholic parishes of St. Theodor and St. Elisabeth in Cologne-Vingst/Höhenberg, as well as St. Marien and St. Engelbert in Cologne-Kalk. The position is full-time (100%) and permanent.
About us
To relieve the priests of administrative tasks and to enable spiritual renewal in the parishes, administrative directors take on leadership and administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting the priests with daily administrative tasks
- Managing and leading the staff of the parishes, including tasks such as personnel planning, recruitment, and development, as well as creating a culture of respectful leadership with appropriate tools and communication channels
- Overseeing the management of the kindergartens and family centers, with a focus on financial and personnel planning and management
- Managing the parish offices
- Regular coordination and close collaboration with the volunteer church councils, including preparation and follow-up, as well as attending their meetings and committees
- Establishing and ensuring proper processes
- Close collaboration with the regional office to ensure smooth operations
- Working closely with other administrative directors in the pastoral unit
