Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a team leader / shift leader logistics (m/f/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at the Munich location.
Your tasks:
  • In your role, you are responsible for coordinating all assigned work areas (e.g. picking, transport, and administration) during the shift and efficiently deploying your employees
  • You ensure error-free picking, transport to/from the train, and loading/unloading during the shift
  • You also ensure the correct recording and invoicing of all goods movements
  • You are the contact person for reorders and ad hoc orders through the incident management (emergency water, passenger rights, etc.)
  • In addition, you monitor the picking, delivery, and booking quality in a random sample procedure (if necessary, initiate error correction and monitor rework) - checking the work equipment for completeness, trafficability, and occupational safety is also part of your duties
  • You supervise the goods receipt from suppliers, their control according to HACCP, the storage in the warehouse, and the booking of goods receipts in the merchandise management system
