For our client, a logistics specialist, we are looking for a
Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as part of our recruitment process.
The position is part-time (30 hours/week).

These will be your responsibilities
- Payroll processing with ***** Precise and timely handling of salary payments in accordance with legal and collective bargaining agreements.
- ***** Responsibility for the creation and management of employment contracts, terminations, and warnings.
- ***** Maintenance of employee data and documents, as well as support for personnel-related issues.
- ***** Participation in various projects, such as the design of Sharepoint content to optimize internal processes.
- In ***** Taking over travel expense accounting and time management as needed.
These qualifications are required
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in human resources
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing with DATEV
- Experience in personnel administration and management
- Enjoyment of project-related work and participation in innovative solutions
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office applications
