    Job DescriptionWHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
    At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone-accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their childs superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends, run the playground, and raise their hand high in the classroom. In other words kids who will win at life

    ROLE & SCHEDULE
    • We are looking for coaching with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking - 11 years old
    • KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum
    • Ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding the why behind KidStrong curriculum
    • Our classes run weekdays 9am-11am and evenings until 7 pm.
    • Weekends we start at 8AM and run through lunch time.
    • Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party and academy coaching hours.
    • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
    CURRENT SHIFT OPENINGS:
    • Candidate must be available to work the following shifts to be considered:
    • Weekday evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm
    • Saturday: 8:45am-12pm, 1:30-3:30pm (as needed for parties), 4:30pm-7pm (as needed for parties)
    • Sunday: 8:45am-12:30pm
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
    • Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
    • Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
    • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
    • CPR certified
    • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
    • Self-starter who just gets a job done
