Responsibilities at Geiger

  • Independent management of commercial and residential properties within the framework of technical and infrastructure building management
  • Organization and control of building-related processes and service providers in compliance with contractual and legal regulations
  • Timely commissioning and monitoring of maintenance measures as well as warranty management
  • Management of reporting for documentation purposes and for creating evaluations and budget plans
  • Support of the commercial property management in property-specific matters

  • Your sound technical and infrastructure knowledge of buildings and real estate
  • A vocational training or degree in real estate management, facility management, further education as a master craftsman or similar
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of real estate management and building management
