    Our practice is looking for an experienced, trained Patient Care Coordinator to support our practice providers, who prides herself/himself on their customer service, work ethic, attentiveness to detail and critical thinking. We are actively seeking a coordinator who has experience with Medical/Cosmetic Dermatology or Plastic Surgery practices and can pick up our EMR System quickly, or preferably has experience with NexTech upon hiring.

    Our practice takes on new patients every day, so we pride ourselves on making the best impression from our first moment of contact, keeping a consistent level of service throughout the patient's journey. This Coordinator will have a direct impact on our team culture, patient journeys, retention, and growth, so we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and energy. The Patient Coordinator will also take on business projects like, Patient Retention Programs, Reward Programs, Marketing, Upselling, and more. We hope to find a candidate with a passion for all things aesthetics, helping to realize our patients' goals and bring them the confidence they deserve. There is room for growth in this role, as we seek an Experienced Coordinator who is looking for long-term placement within the industry.

    College degree preferred. Two - Five years of experience in a Dermatology practice as a coordinator/manager is required.

    • Nextech EMR Software
    • High-Expert level of Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • Seasoned experience in Customer/Patient Care with Critical Thinking Skills
    • Patient Advocacy Comprehension
    • Compliance Competency - understands the internal process of how a medical practice runs successfully, safely, and compliantly
    • A greater understanding of small business ethos and impact on the culture and growth of the Company
    • Patient Journeys - Preparing patient charts, Photos, Quotes, Numbing, Icing, Billing, Follow Up Communications
    • Works Empathically & Thoroughly with Patients - Chief Complaint, Discusses needs, prepares thorough brief for medical provider
    • Educates Patient as required after Provider establishes the treatment plan. Ensures that the patient understands the treatment plan, understands the proper use of their medications, and understands their responsibility for compliance with the treatment plan prior to leaving the office. A master at expectation management.
    • Sanitizes and thoroughly cleans exam rooms after each patient appointment
    • Supports Front Desk with patient bookings and appointment management
    • Digital Competency - we are completely paperless and utilize multiple software platforms for patient and internal communications
    • Mid to Senior Level Project and Time Management Skills - you will bounce between patient care and business functions, so we look for someone who implements time management into their daily routine
    • Grooming & Appearance - As an upscale practice, our employees pride themselves on being professionally dressed and groomed daily. Our dress code is strictly enforced. No over the top makeup, hair, or outfits. We aim to be approachable & polished in appearance.
